WHAT:

3 hour interactive education session with focus on self directed vestibular rehabilitation exercises and helping with understanding /controlling their symptoms. Education would also include:

  • overview of the auditory/balance system and common assessment measures
  • the role of the vestibular therapist in treating vertigo, dizziness, motion sensitivity, and unsteadiness
  • an overview of the more common types of vestibular dysfunction including BPPV, one sides vestibular weakness, and post concussion dizziness.An overview of the auditory and balance system and common assessment measures.

Limited to 6 participants only.
